WARRANTY & CARE GUIDE

CeramicPro Home & Lifestyle coatings are engineered to protect your interiors from stains, moisture, UV discoloration, and daily wear.

Warranty begins on the date of registration and applies only to services installed by Certified CeramicPro Home Installers.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

CeramicPro warranties that coated surfaces will remain protected against:

Permanent staining caused by common household contaminants

UV fading or discoloration

Loss of hydrophobicity before the end of the warranty term

Surface dulling due to environmental exposure

Product failure when used under normal household conditions

If performance issues occur while you’ve followed the maintenance instructions, CeramicPro will inspect, clean, repair, and reapply the coating on affected areas at no cost.

2. SERVICE-SPECIFIC WARRANTY TERMS

Exact benefits and warranty lengths for each CeramicPro Home & Lifestyle service.

2.1 Kavaca Urban

5-Year Warranty

Coverage:

  • No peeling, lifting, bubbling, cracking, or delamination
  • Protection from premature yellowing or adhesive failure
  • Long-term clarity and finish retention

Not Covered:

Physical cuts, scratches, heat damage, abrasive cleaning, installation on unstable surfaces, or accidental impact.

2.2 CeramicPro Leather

5-Year Warranty

Coverage:

  • Protection from regular, minimal stains (body oils, sweat, light spills, dust)
  • Reduced absorption and easier cleaning
  • Maintained softness and breathability of leather

Not Covered:

Deep dye transfer (e.g., jeans on white leather), chemical spills, sharp-object cuts, burns, tears, or stains left sitting for long periods.

2.3 CeramicPro Textile

2-Year Warranty

Coverage:

  • Fabric stays water-repellent
  • Everyday spills will bead and must be blotted instantly
  • Helps prevent immediate staining when spills are cleaned promptly
  • Does not alter fabric texture or breathability

Not Covered:

Stains from liquids left untouched, harsh chemical spills, bleaching, burns, or tears.

3. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

    Warranty applies only to the coated surfaces mentioned on your invoice.

    Reapplication, repair, or touch-up must be performed only by certified CeramicPro technicians after claim approval.

    Warranty can be transferred to the next homeowner if they continue the recommended maintenance.

    Warranty covers coating performance, not the underlying material quality.

4. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Damage from Misuse or Negligence

Scratches, abrasions, dents, cracks, impacts, burns, chemical etching, hard water scale buildup, pressure washing indoor surfaces, using bleach, acids, degreasers, abrasive pads.

Environmental or Structural Issues

Water leakage, seepage, moisture intrusion from walls or ceilings, mold, mildew, efflorescence, changes in building structure, settlement cracks, or renovation damage.

Pre-Existing Defects

Stains, cracks, or discoloration present before coating, weak or unstable material surfaces (unsealed stone, damaged leather, etc.).

Uncoated Areas

Any area not coated during installation is not covered.

5. INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Annual Schedule

Scheduled once every 12 months

Comprehensive Check

Cleaning review, surface health check, hydrophobicity test, and maintenance top-up

Missing Inspection

Adjusts warranty to a 1-year default from the last completed service

6. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these rules to ensure the full benefit of your coating and keep the warranty valid.

6.1 Daily Use

  • Wipe spills immediately
  • Use microfiber cloths only
  • Avoid harsh scrubbing or abrasive tools

6.2 Cleaning Guidelines

Use pH-neutral cleaners only.

AVOID:

  • • Bleach
  • • Acidic descalers
  • • Harsh bathroom cleaners
  • • Vinegar on stone
  • • Abrasive pads or steel scrubbers

6.3 Kitchens & Countertops

  • Do not cut directly on coated surfaces
  • Clean turmeric, masalas, vinegar, lemon juice, or hot oil spills immediately
  • Avoid placing extremely hot cookware directly onto stone

6.4 Glass & Mirrors

  • Hydrophobicity reduces spotting but doesn't eliminate hard-water stains entirely
  • Wipe glass weekly
  • For bathrooms, use a squeegee after showering

6.5 Leather & Fabric

  • Clean leather every 2–4 weeks with gentle products
  • Avoid sharp objects, dye transfer, and prolonged spills
  • For fabrics, blot spills instantly

6.6 Initial Curing (First 7-14 Days)

The coating strengthens during this time.

AVOID:

  • • Harsh chemicals
  • • Strong scrubbing
  • • Standing water
  • • Heavy use on coated surfaces

7. MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

Claims must be raised within 30 days of noticing an issue.

Resolution

Once approved, CeramicPro will clean, repair, and reapply the coating on the affected area OR provide a replacement service. No cash refunds are issued.

8. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Warranty is limited to coating repair or reapplication. It does NOT cover:

  • Replacement cost of furniture, appliances, flooring, or fixtures
  • Any indirect or secondary damage
  • Property damage due to structural issues or renovation activities
